The Texas Heat speaker has a nice warm, fat tone with a little top end bite and clarity. Very touch sensitive with a hint of British flavor.
Eminence is proud to offer the Patriot series of guitar speakers. Incorporating American cone technology into speakers that
are manufactured in the USA gives Eminence the ability to provide you with virtually any tone you desire. Be it American clean or dirty, big bass or screaming highs, we have an Eminence speaker that will allow you to “Pick Your Sound”.
This Eminence Texas Heat is a Patriot series 12" guitar cabinet speaker which is available in both 8 ohm and 16 ohm impedance ratings, and can be used in either an open (vented) or closed back (sealed) cabinet or combo with 1
x 12", 2 x 12" or 4 x 12" configurations. The Texas Heat speaker can handle 150 watts of continuous power using a 2" copper voice coil, a 38 oz. magnet and pressed steel frame. The frequency response is 70 Hz - 5 kHz (see graph
below or PDF Spec Sheets) with a resonance at 28 Hz and average sensitivity of 99 dB. Please see the PDF Spec Sheets for complete data and frequency response
