This is an excellent 12" speaker for general duty, monitor and P.A. applications, is available in an 8 ohm impedance rating, has a 225 watt continuous power handling capability, a large 2" voice coil, a 38 oz. ferrite magnet and heavy duty frame.  The frequency response of this speaker is an impressive 48Hz - 8kHz with a resonance at 45 Hz.
