The Big Ben speaker
has a a very big, clean and warm British sound. A somewhat
throaty tone with fat bass and smooth highs.
The Eminence 15" Big Ben Redcoat Series guitar speaker is available in an 8 ohm impedance rating
is best used in an open
back cabinet or combo with 1 x 15" or 2 x 15" configurations. The
Big Ben can handle
225 watts of continuous power using a
2.5" copper voice coil, a 20 oz. magnet and pressed steel frame. The frequency response is
70 Hz - 3.5 kHz with an average sensitivity of 101.5 dB.
