Conditions:
Please remember that firstly, we strive for our
customers to be satisfied, so unless specified below, all items are
returnable to Pulse Music for a refund or exchange provided we receive the
return within 30 calendar days of the shipment date.
Special Order Items, clearance items, overseas sales,
drumsticks and drum heads, vacuum tubes,
opened string sets, all microphones, harmonicas (or due to public health
regulations, any item that touches your
mouth), cymbals, raw speakers, software, electronic parts & media and undeclared damaged shipments are not
returnable for refund or exchange. All returns are at the discretion of Pulse Music.
You must call 800.753.6694 for a return authorization prior to sending a return.
All returns must be in factory new condition showing no signs of dings,
dents, scratches,
damage or wear with
original packaging intact and warranty paperwork not filled in, or return
will be rejected, and you will also be charged for return shipping back to you. Acceptance of returns is not
guaranteed until condition of product is verified. Outgoing shipping costs
are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the
return back to us. If you return or refuse delivery of any item that was free shipping, your
refund will be the purchase price less shipping cost to you.
Not all items will be in stock at all times, so if an item is out of stock,
we'll notify you immediately, and you may cancel your order at any time.
All guitars and stringed instruments are fully set-up and digitally photographed at
our store before shipment, so shipping typically takes 2 to 3 days from the
date of order. Please do not ask us to skip this process, or place you
ahead of others in this process. We try to attain quality above
quantity, so we're not the fastest shipping company out there.
All prices are in US currency, and are subject to change
without prior notice. Unless an item is free shipping, shipping to you is not included in
our prices, so shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the online checkout
process. Shipping to certain U.S. locations such as Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO's will require shipping surcharges, of
which you'll be notified before your order is shipped, and at which time you
may cancel your order with no cost to you at all. Some oversized and
heavy items are not shippable outside of the lower 48 states, or to P.O.
Boxes.
We normally ship to you via
FedEx ground or by Air Mail if overseas, and we'll
ship immediately if you use Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover,
PayPal, Certified Check or Money Order.
All checks will be checked for authenticity, which can delay shipping.
All personal
checks must clear our bank before shipment can occur, which can take up to
14 days. Every attempt is made when
posting pictures to show true color and condition without altering the image excessively,
so please allow for slight variations in color on your monitor and true color of the item.
All Claims for shipping damage must be made with the
carrier, and we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your package.
