A New Standard in Tube Power Amplifiers! Introducing the Randall RT2/50 2-channel all-tube power amplifier, with MIDI channel
switching. Designed to compliment the
Randall RM4 or any midi capable guitar preamp, the RT2/50 provides the flexibility to switch between different
power tubes in one amplifier. Channel 1 one comes standard with two Ruby 6L6 power tubes, and Channel 2 is stocked with a pair of Ruby EL34's.
With MIDI in/thru capability, the RT2/50 also works perfectly with any MIDI switching digital guitar preamp, providing warm rounded tube power
to any tone.
Two modes of operation allow for maximum versatility. Choose channel switching mode for 50 watts mono a side, or select full 100 watts stereo
mode.
Mono “Channel Switching” mode allows you to run a single input into Ch. 1 then simply route single or multiple speaker
cables from both Ch.1 & Ch. 2 outputs to separate cabinets to assign 6L6’s to one cab and EL34’s to another. Pair the Preamp tone, power
tubes and preferred cabinet with each channel then switch back and forth between each cabinet for maximum versatility. “Stereo”
mode simply activates both Ch.1 and Ch. 2 outputs at all times for continuous 6L6 and EL34 tone.
Each channel offers Master level control, with presence and density for additional Equalization. If a tube fails, no problem. The front
panel bias section, tells you, which tube needs replacing, and allows for easy bias adjustment for changing out or re-tubing the amp.
