The Schecter Damien Elite-8 is a contoured top 8 string electric guitar which has a solid Mahogany body (with Quilted Maple top for Crimson Red finish) with gloss finish and multi-ply body edge bindings. The sturdy neck
is and an extended 26 1/2" scale Maple bolt-on type with 24 frets and Stained Cross inlays on a solid Rosewood fingerboard. The neck has a modern and sleek feel with a 14" radius
and deep cutaway for easy access to the highest notes on the neck.
The hardware is black chrome with deluxe Grover heavy duty die-cast tuning machines. The electronics are dual EMG active 808 high output humbucker pickups, 1 Volume
and 1 Tone control and a 3-way toggle pickup selector switch. The Schecter CTM-8 bridge is fully adjustable and very heavy duty construction. Also available in a Floyd Rose model.
