Pulse Music Shipping Policy Statement
General
Pulse Music has created this statement in order to demonstrate our
commitment to disclosing our policies on shipping. The following discloses our
practices for this website:

Firstly, and most importantly, all
information regarding our customers is strictly confidential, and will never be distributed or sold to any person
or organization.
1. Free shipping applies only to items designated as such. Free
shipping is not available on any order totaling less than $99.00.
2. Orders shipped with FedEx ground shipping will arrive between an average
of 1 to 5 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location in
proximity to us.
3. Our Express shipping rates are determined by size &
weight, so the cost of express shipping a guitar or other heavy or large
instrument can be substantial. We always inform you of these rates
before charging them to your order.
4. If paying by credit card, your billing address and delivery
address must match the address that your credit card issuer has for you.
This is for security reasons, and no exceptions can be made using this
payment method. Please pay with a Certified Check or Money Order
in US funds if you need to have a shipment delivered to an address that
does not match your billing address.
5. Most orders under one pound are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
6. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee, and is not
included in free shipping. Saturday delivery is only available to
certain areas where FedEx provides this service, and is only available
on certain items. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us by
phone to verify stock, and to place your order.
7. Shipping to locations other than the Lower 48 states...for instance
to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via Express
method, either FedEx or USPS, and a delivery surcharge may apply.
We will notify you of any surcharge before your order is shipped, and
you can cancel at any time with no cost to you.
8. Delivery to APO/FPO and PO boxes must be shipped using USPS.
9. If you return an item that was shipped to you with FREE SHIPPING, you
will be charged for the shipping to you at the time of your refund.
The amount of shipping cost varies according to the item you purchased,
and your minimum charge will be our actual cost of shipping to you.
Guitars average $19.95 for shipping one way.
