EL84M/6BQ5WA
A military-spec version of our standard EL84, the Sovtek EL84M's extended voltage tolerance, improved plate dissipation, and rugged construction
make it equivalent to the RCA 7189. Chosen by Matchless for their designs, the EL84M also features higher transconductance, more power, and longer life
than the less expensive EL84, making it perfect for hi-end audio applications. However, many musician's prefer the regular EL84's warm distortion to the
EL84M's tighter, cleaner tone. For all HiFi users, the EL84M is definitely the tube of choice. Used By Matchless.

The Sovtek 6550WE was designed to be the finest 6550's ever produced. Thicker plates, improved heat dissipation, higher transconductance,
and increased linearity are just some of the inherent aspects of the new Sovtek super 6550's. The resulting performance advantages include 5% higher output
power, increased reliability, greater headroom, and superior tone. Recommended for any bass application and most Hi-Fi amps.
The 6550WE features a metal ring at the base. |

KT88
The Sovtek KT88 was designed to offer the highest output power and the most reliable, linear performance available in a KT88. The unique tri-alloy
plate structure of the Sovtek KT88 yields higher minimum plate current and higher transconductance while improving heat dissipation and reducing tube
warm-up time. Its triple-carbonate Oxide Cathode allows the Sovtek KT88 to operate at full power for extended time periods without failure. These
improved characteristics offer increased power output, higher amplification factors, and more precise tube matching with minimal drift while still
maintaining tonal clarity.
