This Washburn Idol Pro is a modern version of a classic style single cutaway electric guitar has a
carved Maple top or bound solid Black or Gold color finish over carved mahogany body with a set mahogany neck, and features the patented Buzz Feiten Tuning System™ for the ultimate in correct tone that's been accepted and used by the likes of
Van Halen, Robert Fripp, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Adrian Belew. The set Mahogany set-neck has 22 frets on a bound Rosewood fingerboard with
pearl "wing" inlays, and the exclusive 18:1 Grover tuners are the best you can get. The pickup system in this guitar has
a Seymour Duncan '59 reissue in the neck position, and a Seymour Duncan Custom pickup in the bridge position (the Gold model has Stacked P90
Pickups and tap coil arrangement), 3 way toggle switch and the Washburn exclusive "VCC" Variable Voice Control circuit that allows for all tone ranges....from single coil to high gain humbucker.
